The 7,920 square foot main house is made of concrete and has two floors. The first floor has direct access to the tiled pool, from a large lounge area. A billiard room is on this floor, as is a Tiki bar room, kitchen, bedroom and full bath. A spiraling staircase leads to the great room on the second floor, which offers plenty of room for a sitting, media, and dining area. Its 20 foot ceilings create an inviting and expansive welcome. A large eat in kitchen can be found off of the great room. A master bedroom with master bath and Jacuzzi are off to one wing of the second floor, while two bedrooms share a full bath in the other. A long veranda fronting the trade winds and Caribbean views can be accessed from both the great room and the master. Between the kitchen, great room and veranda, you’ll never have trouble finding space to entertain.

Off of the tiled pool deck is a separate 875 square foot Casita, with its own living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and full bath. Finding enough space to house family and guests is not a problem when you have extra space like this.

The tiled pool is 40 x 20 feet, with depths ranging from 3 1/2 to 7 1/2 feet deep, all surrounded by a tiled deck of 65 x 40 feet.
